Dreaming of laughter, that you are laughing or someone is laughing around you or at you can mean that you need to let go of resentments and worry.
You could be in a situation where you are under a lot of pressure and stress and perhaps the dream is telling you to lighten up and don’t take your self so seriously.
Remember “Don’t sweat the small stuff”!
Laughing can also be a release of anxiety and your subconscious mind trying to heal you. We all know that stress can lead to illness so in your mind body connection its fight of flight system could be kicking in and saying “wake up and laugh it off” in order to prevent serious illness from setting in.
If being laughed at this can be a sign that you do not feel at ease in a given situation or that you fear not fitting in. This can come up if you are about to enter a new job, meet new people, or be in a social situation that is not of the norm for you such as a wedding or funeral etc.
If you hear evil laughter then that is a sign you feel someone is working against you or that you are being paranoid.
Now on the other hand ... laughter in your dream can also mean success is in your path and that you are going to be in cheerful social situations!
The thing is you have control in your waking life and it is your subconscious trying to wake you up and warn you to allow for the positive to flow out of your energy and not to be so captivated by your fears! Whatever situation, whatever social arrangement, try looking at it from a more positive perspective and things will be fine! You can have success you can be a social whizz you just need to stop with the fear and worry that is holding you back.
You can be a part of the laughter and joy laughing with others or you can feel paranoid and awkward and worry you will be laughed at.

What is your specialty? How do you help people find harmony?
Through empowerment, enlightenment and education of their spiritual self, life path and finding their own balance. Being happy is something we can only achieve within ourself. With spiritual life coaching - "Soul Cleansing" and non-judgemental support one can find their own inner truth and enlightenment. Learning that true validation only comes from one-self is key.
Can you provide a link to a web site or blog where we can learn more about you?
Please visit my blog at http://www.azzrianvisions.blogspot.com

Many spiritual services available.
A wonderful supportive community!
What were the circumstances that led you to choose the professional path you have chosen?
My great great grandmother, Emma, who was quite a strong woman, Swedish ancestry mentored me from the age of 8 years old. She encouraged me to be open to my spiritual gifts. Along the way I have studied under several wonderful mentors and am thankful for this path I am on. I could not see myself doing anything else at this time in my life.
What is happiness, and the main obstacle to reaching it?
Happiness is accepting and loving oneself for who you are. With all one's faults or inabilities self love is the strongest resource to happiness. Understanding that everything truly does happen for a reason even if what has happened is horrific there is a greater purpose and we learn through every obstacle and challenge put before us. We need these lessons to reach a higher plane of existence and TRUE harmony!
Do we think too much? Why is it so difficult to feel here and now?
It is not "thought" that holds us back but the FEAR and WORRY that thought often creates.
How do you deal with discouragement, despair, a sense of setback, etc.?
These emotions and feelings are natural - we are human and in the human state we will go through these experiences. To embrace them and take time to feel the emotions then work on healing is the process I use and teach others.
Are meditation and prayer cultural variants of the same thing?
Is faith necessary for spirituality to work?
This is a very broad question. Faith in what? Perhaps oneself, in family, in one's heritage, in one's God. Faith is a key aspect of our existence and without it there is no hope.
Is it necessary to have a teacher to find the way?
No it is not - one can experience their spiritual evolution very much on their own - it is really dependent upon the person. Some of us are more apt to go it alone while others feel more inclined to be a part of a group while others like to work one on one with a mentor. There is no ONE way to achieve enlightenment.
Is it necessary to have a purpose to find meaning in life?
No not at all. Not everyone is here to find life's hidden meanings. At least not in the life time they are in. Each soul has many life times to come to the desire to find the meaning of life. The rest are just enjoying the ride!
Is it wise to believe in things that do not exist if it helps you to be happy?
Well that would be more of a question as to if the person is in denial or having an obsessive experience. And what exists to one very well may not exist to another. This comes into the study of logic as well as mental health. This is not a question that is wisely answered without a specific individual in mind. Everyone is different as are their life experiences and reasons behind what they believe in.
How do you distinguish between spirituality and religion?
I really do not make a distinction except spirituality is something that can always be with you no matter where you go. Religion tends to be more of a group effort, attending a church or synagogue etc. To be spiritual you only need to have faith, where religion tends to be more of a set practice and regimen.
Is God an idea? Is God in the brain?
God is what is important to the individual. All religions, faiths, beliefs are valid. God to me is an entity, an energy, an existence outside of a physical form. God is the Divine being.
God is not an idea OR in the brain - god is in each and every one of us - GOD is in the SOUL.
What is your concept of free will Vs destiny, fate, karma?
From my blog:
Destiny and fate are basically the same thing.
It is what is "supposed" to be or is pre-determined to happen.
But please bear in mind - we are sent to this earth with all the tools to find our destiny but that is not a guarantee we will find it! We also are given free will, the power and right to choose. Now don't go thinking that if we miss our destiny that we made wrong choices! No choice is ever "wrong" as with each choice we make, even ones that seem bad, we learn so very much! And perhaps our DESTINY is to NOT fulfill our destiny! Yes I know that sounds crazy! But at times we have to fail to succeed! Think about your past. I am sure that at some point everyone has made a choice that later you looked back at and wondered what the heck you were thinking! But if you really examine that choice which you may view as a mistake, there were positives along the way! A broken marriage, even a bad one can lead to wonderful children, or experiences that you never would have had therefor never have grown from.
No choice is wrong, free will is a precious gift and we have to utilize that before we worry about what our DESTINY or our FATE is "supposed" to be!
Yes there is such thing as Destiny and Fate - be them one and the same - use the word you prefer, but it is the getting there that matters! Without free will and power of choice (one and the same) our lives would be so dull we would not even want to live them. We would know all is pre-determined and nothing we chose matters.
Our Destiny is something we strive to achieve. To be with a certain someone, to be a famous artist or to be a great parent. We all have a destiny. Most of us never tap into our own. That is sad but common. Many of us do but it is not easy to achieve! If it were then there would be no real lessons therefor our souls not enriched and we would not be able to pass onto the next stage of our soul lives.
When you go about your life, using your free will, you are nearer and nearer to your destiny with each and every choice you make. Yes at times your choices will take you off on a tributary away from your destiny but your main path is always there for you to jump back on and it is up to you to see that you drifted off of your path and to make a change. Sometimes it is up to another person when soul mates are involved but it is up to you to acknowledge that you can not master anyone's path but your own and work through that and stay steady on your own course!
Give us a simple proof for the existence of the soul.
When you cry for the loss of someone you do not even know. When you ache for someone's circumstances with no logical reason. When you feel a total stranger is someone you have met before. When you smell something and it takes you back to a memory but you can't remember what the memory is. When you feel you have been some where before but you have never been there. When you feel something deep inside of you and there is no logical explanation as to why.
What happens when you die?
Your soul leaves your body and joins it's soul group. Your life is evaluated by yourself and your spiritual guides. A new path is determined - free will established - destinies created - soul contacts assigned with other soul mates and you return again. This happens until every possible life experience - all the joys and happiness, all the evils and horrific events can be fully experience and expressed. Until your soul has completed every possible life path we can even comprehend we will continue to reincarnate as only once all this has been achieved can we TRULY call ourselves "enlightened" and be with the Divine. Then we become spirit guides / angels ourselves.
What is in a temple that isn't anywhere else?
Whatever one wants to put in it. It is one's sacred space.
Do you believe in the law of attraction: that we attract what we think about?
Absolutely - we draw to us what we think about but we need to also think about what we NEED not just what we WANT! Also it is imperative that we personally work for what we desire or need - just putting it out there is a great start but manifestation also requires some form of action as well.
How does one maintain body-mind harmony?
Grounding, balancing, meditation, yoga, working out, gardening, hobbies, flying a kite, anything that brings a zen like sensibility to the individual.
Prayer, journaling, being with loved ones. It all depends on what makes YOU feel at peace.
Laughter is a wonderful medication!
Do creativity and positive thinking slow aging?
Along with a healthy lifestyle and respect for one's own life yes positive thinking is incredibly strong in keeping one young and healthy! After having type 1 diabetes for 40 years my doctors are amazed I do not have .... you name it - I "should" be blind. I "should" have heart or kidney problems - I "should" this and that. So far everything is in tact lol I attribute it toward positive thinking, doing my best in my lifestyle although there is much room for improvement and not allowing what "should" be to be ingrained in my core beliefs!
Is there a false face to positive thinking; an obsession about appearing happy that is not healthy?
Far too often!
What is your short list of healthy habits?
1. Do one kind thing for someone else each and every day.
2. Drink a lot of water!
3. Always say I love you.
4. Meditate, participate in hobbies, journal, reflect, pray.
5. Compliment yourself on at least one thing every day.
6. Remove negative energy from your life.
7. Understand that everyone has their own path, it may not always run along side your own.

What links do you have on the Internet: website, blog, social networks?
What did you study and why did you choose to study that field?
From the age of 8 years old I was mentored by my great great grandmother - a strong Swede woman!
She taught me crystal scrying, tarot and how to develop my psychic abilities.
I later studied at The School of Metaphysics and The Menninger Foundation
I leaned everything from past life regression to biofeedback.
I have always been naturally inclined to this type of study and work.
What is expected of you in your job, and how do you accomplish it?
I expect of myself to be non-judgemental and open to everyone as an individual being on their own life path for a reason and a purpose. I strive to be understanding and strong for my clients. I must maintain my own emotional, physical and mental well being and work diligently to stay balanced for my clients. I provide them assistance, insight, empathy and concern.
Are you satisfied with the education that you received?
Absolutely although I am always on an ever quest to discover new things and learn more
In which areas have you thought of building upon your education?
Herbal studies and aromatherapy.
In which tasks are you good at, and in which could you better yourself?
I specialize in Past life regression readings and soul mate readings.
I work on my mediumship abilities in connecting with those who have crossed over.
Do you usually attended seminars or coursework to advance your professional work or would you consider yourself a more self-taught person?
I was born with my gifts and mentored well and have studied substantially. I always love to attend workshops when I am able however my business is very busy and keeps me from a lot of personal free time - when I have free time I spend it with my teen kids.
When did you realise that your work was being considered important and that it could possibly take you places?
My work has always felt important to me. I guess the first time I realized that others need these services and also desire to learn about developing their own spiritual abilities would have been around the age of 20 (21 years ago) when a friend of mine wanted me to teach her tarot.
Who have been the most influential people in your career?
My great great grandmother, my grandmother, MsLisaM another spiritual advisor, and my family.
With which types of persons do you feel you work well with as a team?
I enjoy diversity and all "types" of people.
Which goals have you focused on in your professional career?
Being self employed and able to provide a reasonable existence for my family.
Being true and ethical.
Being a supportive mentor to those who seek their own development.
Being the best past life regressionist I can be.
Helping others find their higher path.
Which languages do you speak, and how have you learned them?
Oh dear - I wish I could speak many other languages. If I were to get into another career path I would choose either linguistics or anthropology. Unfortunately I only speak English.
Do you have a website or blog? How was the process in making it? Does it accomplish the purpose for which it was created?
I love my blog I love working on it I love my blog followers and clients. I enjoy changing and updating my blog regularly. I enjoy running contests, holding free chat sessions on various topics for my followers and having fun with an amazing and diverse group of individuals! I offer drawings, give away prizes, free psychic readings, and more. I enjoy entertaining as much as being a spiritual guide!
Its a lot of fun! I only hope to gain more followers who want the same goals as myself. To be enlightened, informed, educated and empowered!
How do you feel about speaking in front of an audience? What experience have you had in this arena?
I am well versed in public speaking. I spent a great deal of my childhood especially in Jr High and High School doing oration, public speaking, debate and forensics (acting). I spent a great deal of my 20's in the theatre and in a few small films.
I was a member of toastmasters for a period of time in my mid to late 20's.
I enjoy public speaking and enjoy getting to know others.
Do you attend cocktail parties, presentations, fairs or conventions related to your profession?
No I do not. While it would be fun to be involved in a renaissance fair our local fair is always booked and I do not want my profession to be considered a side show event.
Have you explored the social networks for professionals online? Are you member of any of them?
How are you different from others in your professional sector?
I believe we are all different and that is what makes our profession so wonderful! There is the perfect spiritual advisor out there for everyone! Choosing a spiritual advisor should not only be based on their credentials but also that your personality matches well with the personality of your advisor! You are building a relationship with them and you want to have similar interest, backgrounds, sense of humor etc.
How is the Interent changing the way you work?
"Back in the day" readings were only done in person - spiritual coaching was also done only in person and locally. The Internet has made it possible for professionals like myself to be able to work with clients from all over the world which also aids in spreading the empowerment and enlightenment to others!
Do you do telecommuting?
Absolutely! Most of my clients live far from me. I do phone work, email work, yahoo, msn, skype and twitter.
Do you feel your hobbies serve to elevate your career?
Absolutely! I love gardening which brings peace and serenity, it also allows me to have a wealth of my own herbs for spell work and medicinal use!
Sage helps clear negative energy by making a smudge stick with them.
I have six pets, three cats and three dogs which keep me aware of my own physical well being - animals are very spiritual.
I enjoy yoga and mediation which of course I help teach others the methods of, and as much as they are hobbies are part of my own personal zen.
Would you relenquish some of your income in exchange for more free time?
I do not look at it that way. Income will flow in as needed to support my family. I guess one could say I do sacrifice income at times but not for more free time but to help those who need it and can not afford a full fee. I do this often by running really good specials on my blog.
Free time is not as necessary when you love what you do. Having teen kids who won't always be around forever does reflect in the personal time I take but people are respectful of that part of my life
Besides your current profession, what other things would you have liked to have been?
An anthropologist or a linguist but I would not want to stop doing what I am doing now what I do is not just a profession but who I AM.
What is the most important thing you have learned from experience?
EVERYTHING happens for a reason!
Patience and tolerance.
Someone wants to ask for a pay rise and they ask you for advice in how to approach the matter with their boss. What do you tell them?
That depends on the energy of not only them at the time but their boss as well. We would look at the energy of their employer and their personal energy to determine IF and WHEN to ask for a raise.
What do you do to manage stress?
Yoga, meditation, reading, listening to music, grounding and balancing of my own energy.
